Are the contracts legally sound?

They're drafted in plain English and reviewed by a qualified solicitor for UK use, plus a US attorney for the US versions. They're a strong starting point, not a substitute for advice on a specific situation — we say so on the cover sheet of every contract.

Can I brand and rebrand the files?

Yes. Once a file is in your Drive, Notion or Word, it's yours. Add your logo, change the colours, rewrite the voice. The only thing we ask is that you don't resell the original template.

What happens to my files if I cancel?

Anything you've already copied to your own Drive or Notion stays with you forever. You lose access to new files and future updates, but the ones you've saved are yours.

How often is the library updated?

New files most weeks, a small refresh pass every month, a full review each quarter. Members get a short note when something material changes.

Is the library all I get?

No — and we'd never want you to join just for it. The library sits inside the full Studio: programmes, clinics, missions, pathways and faculty. The templates work harder when they're part of the practice.
