About the Studio
What exactly is The Coaches Business Studio?
A membership for qualified coaches who want to build a serious, sustainable practice. You get structured programmes (we call them Pathways), live clinics, weekly Missions, a resource library of 120+ working files, and a global community of coaches working the same problems.
Is this another coaching course?
No. Courses end. The Studio is a working membership — you stay as long as it serves your practice. The Pathways are programmes you work through, but the real value is the ongoing rhythm: clinics, Missions, community and resources that update every month.
Who is it for?
Qualified coaches who are already coaching but struggling to make it financially viable. You're likely part-time, under-charging, or great at delivery and lost on the business side. If you're still training to be a coach, this probably isn't the right fit yet.
Who is it NOT for?
Not for coaches looking for a quick fix, a done-for-you agency, or passive income without work. Not for multi-level marketing or wellness influencers. And not for coaches who aren't yet qualified or haven't worked with real clients.
Membership & Pricing
How much does it cost?
We keep it simple. One monthly membership fee — no tiers, no upsells, no hidden programme costs. Everything inside the Studio is included: all Pathways, all clinics, all resources, all community access. You can see current pricing on the Membership page.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can cancel anytime. We do ask that you give it at least three months before deciding — most coaches see real shifts between month 2 and 4 — but there's no contract locking you in.
Can I get a refund?
If you join and realise it's not for you within 14 days, contact us and we'll refund your first month. After that, you can cancel anytime and won't be charged again. We don't pro-rata partial months.
Can I expense this through my company?
Yes. Most executive and team coaches expense the Studio as professional development. We can provide an invoice with VAT details on request.
Programmes & Pathways
What are the Pathways?
Four structured programmes — Life, Executive, Team and Group Coaching — each taking you from where you are now to a working, profitable practice in that niche. Every Pathway has modules, missions, templates and live clinic time with faculty.
Do I have to follow a Pathway?
Not rigidly. Some members follow one Pathway from start to finish. Others dip between them based on what their practice needs that month. The Studio is designed to support both approaches.
How long does a Pathway take?
Most members work through a full Pathway in 6–12 months, spending 3–5 hours per week. But you're not racing a clock. The programmes are designed for coaches with day jobs, families and lives outside the Studio.
What if I'm between niches?
Start with the Assessment. It'll point you to the Pathway that best matches your current situation. If you're genuinely undecided, the General Practice pathway helps you build the business fundamentals while you decide.
