— The four pathways

One Studio. Four honest starting points.

Every member walks through the same door, but no two members walk the same route. Find the one that describes your practice right now — not the one that flatters you.
Pathway 01

Build your practice from zero.

You're newly qualified — or you've been coaching quietly and never built a business around it. You need a clear offer, language that doesn't sound like everyone else, and a way for the right people to find you.
Pathway 02

Fill your practice with the right clients.

The offer is fine. The calendar isn't. You need a marketing rhythm that doesn't make you cringe, sales conversations that don't feel like begging, and pipeline that doesn't depend on one referral source.
Pathway 03

Scale beyond the 1:1 ceiling.

You're capped on hours, not capability. Groups, cohorts and small programmes are next — designed properly so they don't collapse on launch and don't dilute the work you're known for.
Pathway 04

Reposition and reprice the work.

Your practice works — but it's underpaid, pointed at the wrong room, or stuck in a story you've outgrown. You need the language and pricing structure to move up without burning the existing business down.

Which of these sounds like your week?

No scoring, no points. Read all four columns. The one where you nod three times out of four is your starting pathway.

Build

  • You've finished training and the page is blank.
  • You don't have a one-line answer to 'what do you do?'
  • You take whoever pays — and it shows.
  • You feel like a coach in a room of business owners.

Fill

  • Two great months, then crickets.
  • Referrals are kind, but unpredictable.
  • You post on LinkedIn, then delete it.
  • Discovery calls go well — they just don't convert.

Scale

  • You're fully booked and quietly exhausted.
  • You've raised prices as far as 1:1 can go.
  • Clients keep asking, 'do you run groups?'
  • You've tried a cohort once. It nearly killed you.

Reposition

  • You drop your price the moment they pause.
  • Your website describes a coach you stopped being.
  • You want the senior room — not more of the same.
  • You know your work is worth more than it earns.

It's for you if…

  • You're a trained coach — any school, any modality.
  • You want a business, not a side project.
  • You'll do the work, not just save the PDFs.
  • You want honest feedback, not applause.

It's not for you if…

  • You're looking for coach training or accreditation.
  • You want done-for-you marketing.
  • You want a guaranteed income overnight.
  • You're not actually coaching anyone yet.
I'd done three other coaching business programmes. The Studio was the first place that told me, plainly, which pathway I was on — and then handed me the next thing to do. Six months in, I'm not winging it anymore.

The honest questions.

What if I'm between two pathways?

Most members are. Start with the one that's loudest. The Studio is built so you can move between pathways without starting over — your library, mentors and mission log come with you.

How is this different from a coaching course?

It isn't a course. It's a working studio: short programmes, missions you actually do, clinics with senior practitioners, and a library you can pull from when the work demands it.

Do I need to be experienced?

You need to be trained and actively coaching — even a handful of clients. The Studio is for the business of coaching, not the craft of it.

How much time does it ask of me?

Two focused hours a week is plenty to make real progress. Members who treat it like a gym, not a Netflix queue, get the most out of it.

What if it isn't right?

Cancel any time, in two clicks. We'd genuinely rather you left than stayed for the wrong reasons.
— When you're ready

The door is open. Step inside.

If the signals read like a description of your week, you already have your answer. Cancel any time — we'd rather lose a member than keep one who isn't getting what they came for.
